Geoff takes a logical approach to his role, which combined with his commitment and determination can be seen in his day-to-day overseeing of the Construction Division operations, including sales and estimating, through to project delivery.
Alex is an outstanding construction specialist who has played a major role in delivering nearly 50 construction projects with a value of $360m for Harris HMC. Alex has a unique combination of practical hands-on experience and strategic competencies that provide him with valuable perspective to manage projects throughout their entire lifecycle. With broad and sound knowledge of standard forms of contract in the Australian construction industry and all that they encompass, he excels in stakeholder liaison, site establishment, insurance requirements and creating management plans that form the foundation of successful project delivery.
A highly successful building professional with more than 20 years’ construction industry experience, Daryl controls and coordinates all construction activities to the highest safety, environment, quality and industry standards and specialises in delivering projects in an autonomous and live environment. A key strength is early constructability input during design development that he then manages and oversees throughout delivery adjusting processes to suit.
